This document describes the privacy policy and use of cookies by EKO-COLOR Spółka z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Sucharskiego 2, 77-100 Bytów (Administrator). It defines the rules, the way of processing and using data and information coming from customers and users of the website.

I. Rules of the protection of personal data

1. EKO-COLOR sp. z o.o. takes special care that all personal data are processed in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected and used in accordance with the scope of the granted permits (consents) and areas of processing permitted by law.

All personal data are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements of generally applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 216/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219 as amended) and the Telecommunications Law Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended), including in accordance with the scope of the consent granted by the customer.
3. We ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles of substantive correctness and adequately for the purposes for which they were collected.
4. We process data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and additionally for the period in which we are obliged to do so on the basis of generally applicable law.
5. We ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accountability of the personal data we process.
6. The processed personal data are not made available without the consent of the data subjects, unless such data is made available to persons authorized to process personal data, entities to whom data were transferred on the basis of an entrustment agreement (including those cooperating with the Administrator: law firms, personnel and accounting offices, entities providing IT services) and entities authorized on the basis of the applicable law.
7. The personal data processed are not transferred to countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

II. Ways to obtain data

Personal data is obtained through:

1. online forms — information is collected through the forms available on our website, used for contact purposes, submitting questions and expressing comments;
2. contact without network intermediation — the website contains various telephone and fax numbers and email addresses at which you can contact us;
3. when using the resources of the website www.eko-color.eu — information about users is collected through files such as “cookies” or “web beacons”.

• Cookies are small text files, sent by our website and saved on the user’s end device (computer, laptop, smartphone). We use them to adapt the content and services to the individual needs and interests of the users of the EKO-COLOR sp. z o.o. website, to understand the way in which users use our service and to constantly improve our website, making it even friendlier and better adapted to the needs of users. The user may at any time disable the option to accept cookies in his browser, however, the effect of such a change may be the loss of the ability to use the EKO-COLOR sp. z o.o website. 
• Web beacons — electronic graphic elements (also called web bugs, clear gifs or trackers) that allow us to determine the number of users who have visited our website by clicking on an advertisement for our products and services from a third party. Web beacons collect information to a limited extent, including the cookie number, the time and date the page was opened, and the description of the page on which the web beacon is located. Our websites do not contain web beacons placed by other advertisers, but we use the services of third parties to collect this data for us.
  Since web beacons are used in conjunction with cookies, they can be deactivated by disabling cookies or changing cookie settings in your browser.

III. For what purpose is the collected by our company data used

1. Personal data are used for the provision of services and delivery of products ordered by customers and related legal obligations incumbent on the controller – on the basis of Art. 6 (1) b) and c) of GDPR
2. In case of obtaining the appropriate consent, the data are also used for the purposes of direct marketing of products and services of EKO-COLOR sp. z o.o. on the basis of Art. 6 (1) a) of GDPR

IV. Security and storage of information

EKO-COLOR sp. z o.o. ensures the security of personal data thanks to appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage.

V. User rights

1. Providing personal data to the extent necessary for the delivery of products and services offered by the controller is mandatory, and in the rest it is voluntary.
2. EKO-COLOR sp. z o.o. respects the rights of every person whose data is processed: access to data, rectification of data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, data portability, the right not to be subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and has legal consequences for this person or otherwise significantly affects them.
3. If the processing takes place on the basis of the consent of the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, provided that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
4. The person whose data we process may exercise his/her rights by sending a letter to EKO-COLOR Sp. z o.o. presenting his/her requests.
5. The person whose data we process has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that his rights have been violated.

VI. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Changes in the privacy policy of EKO-COLOR z o.o. may be affected by changes in the legislative sphere in the field of personal data protection, as well as other factors. Customers and users will be promptly informed of any changes on the website of EKO-COLOR sp. z o.o.
